The Herringbone shooting sock is a classic design that has been re-visited - in its younger years it was a simple two-tone sock, however with its comeback, it has gained two more making this a striking four-tone sock, and in our opinion, this is what really makes the sock stand out.
This variegated herringbone turnover works tremendously well in every sock colour and will add finishing finesse to any outfit. The following colours are knitted into each colourway:
Navy Blue: includes Ivy Green, Camel & Chestnut Ochre: includes Mulberry, Bracken & Thistle Mulberry: includes Chestnut, Dark Olive & Bison
The most-popular colour for last season was navy blue; the optional contrasting garter is available.
Take them on plenty of outings Machine wash according to the guidelines below At the end of the season store them in a moth free environment
For your convenience most of the socks in the range are machine washable (please check individual packaging/product details).
However, please follow our simple guidelines to ensure happy socks:
Turn the socks inside out before washing Use a 40°C wool wash programme Use a gentle spin programme Use wool friendly detergent - avoid biological detergents and preferably non-bio's as even these can contain bleaching agents
